On the morning of December 21, 2025, at the auditorium of Hiep Phuoc Fertilizer Plant (Hiep Phuoc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City), The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company formally held a gathering for retired officials and employees in 2025 in a warm, heartfelt atmosphere, looking ahead to welcoming the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.<\/p>\n

The program is an annual event with profound significance, expressing gratitude and recognition for the tremendous contributions of generations of officials and employees who have accompanied and dedicated themselves to nearly 50 years of the company’s construction and development. Attending the gathering were company leaders from various periods, representatives from the Retired Staff Liaison Committee, and over 160 retired officials and employees. From The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, there was the participation of Mr. Nguyen Van Quy \u2013 Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam Chemical Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Do Van Tuan \u2013 Party Secretary, General Director of the Company. Additionally, there were members of the Board of General Directors, Management Board, Chairman of the Company Trade Union, Directors\/Deputy Directors in charge of functional departments, Directors of affiliated units, and key officers of the Company.<\/p>\n

At the event, the Company expressed its deep appreciation to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thu, who successfully fulfilled his role as Head of the Retirees\u2019 Liaison Committee after nearly ten years of dedication and service. Building on this foundation, Mr. Tran Xuan Tam was appointed by the Company\u2019s Board of Management to assume the role of Head of the Retirees\u2019 Liaison Committee for the next term, continuing the mission of strengthening connections and preserving the bond between generations of retired employees and the Company.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, the Company also held a longevity celebration for retired employees turning 75, 80, 85, and over 90 years old in 2025, presenting commemorative gifts as a meaningful gesture of care, respect, and appreciation for their spiritual well-being.<\/p>\n
