On October 6, 2025, at the Packaging Manufacturing Plant under The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, the Board of Management, in coordination with the Plant’s Trade Union, held the Q3 2025 performance review conference. The event took place in a formal yet warm atmosphere, filled with pride as the efforts and dedication of employees were recognized and honored.
In recent times, despite numerous challenges with infrastructure, machinery, equipment, and human resources, the collective of officials and workers at the plant has consistently demonstrated unity, responsibility, and a competitive spirit in labor and production, determined to achieve the set objectives. The conference has been organized systematically, closely linked to political tasks and the unit’s production and business plans, becoming a key driving force that has helped the plant achieve encouraging results.
Production and business results in Q3/2025 reflect the extraordinary efforts of the workforce. Total production output reached over 6.7 million bags of various types, fulfilling 79.3% of the annual plan and increasing by more than 33% from the prior year. Revenue achieved 24.19 billion VND, equivalent to 75.5% of the annual plan, up 32% compared to the same period last year. The average salary for workers over 9 months rose 19.26% versus the previous year, ensuring stable livelihoods and motivating enthusiastic work performance.
Not only focused on productivity, the initiative movement for technical improvements has also been strongly promoted, yielding practical results. In Q3/2025, the plant featured two standout initiatives: improving the bag stacking process of the Flexo printing machine and flexibly adjusting the distance of the woven fabric collection roller on the weaving machine, contributing to shorter operation times, higher efficiency, and ensured product quality.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Trinh Quoc Hung, Deputy General Director of the Company and Director of the Packaging Production Plant, acknowledged and praised the efforts and contributions of all officials and workers in implementing the performance initiatives over the past period. At the same time, the Plant’s Management Board pointed out some existing limitations and emphasized the need to continue innovating performance formats, strengthening promotion, and providing timely recognition to spread the movement more widely, thereby enhancing work efficiency and unity among all officials and workers. In the coming time, the Packaging Production Plant is determined to continue promoting creative labor performance initiatives, improving productivity–quality–efficiency, linked to specific goals such as saving raw materials, reducing losses, ensuring safety, and enhancing PP and PE bag quality. At the same time, the plant will focus on skill training, improving working conditions, strengthening equipment maintenance, and leveraging the Trade Union’s role in supervising, motivating, and promptly rewarding workers.
The conference concluded in an atmosphere of excitement, unity, and strong determination. The awards presented were not only well-deserved recognition for outstanding individuals and teams, but also great motivation for all officials and workers to continue striving, innovating, and exceeding targets for Q4 and the full year 2025.
