The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (SFJC)
The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company was established by the Ministry of Heavy Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) on April 19, 1976, and is a member company of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem).
On October 1, 2010 (after 34 years since its establishment), The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company officially converted its production and business management model to operate under the joint-stock company model.
The company is headquartered at 125B Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (former address: 125B Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City). Currently, the company has four affiliated factories and one joint venture company.
