On July 5, 2025, The Southern Fertilizer JSC (SFG) exported its first shipment of fertilizers to New Zealand, marking an important milestone in its strategy to expand international markets.
The export shipment included 50 containers, totaling over 1,500 tons of premium NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer, produced with modern technology and meeting the strict quality standards of the New Zealand market.
New Zealand is a country with a modern, sustainable agricultural sector and very high requirements for fertilizer quality, particularly regarding heavy metal content, efficiency, and environmental friendliness. Southern Fertilizer’s export to this market not only opens opportunities for revenue growth but also lays the foundation for expansion into neighboring markets such as Australia and the Pacific island nations.
Mr. Do Van Tuan, General Director of The Southern Fertilizer JSC, emphasized: “Expanding into the New Zealand market not only affirms the credibility and competitive strength of a Vietnamese brand, but also opens opportunities to enter other demanding markets in the Oceania region.
