From August 10 to 12, 2025, The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company organized its 2025 company trip in Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province for employees and workers of the company, along with their registered family members.
The program was attended by members of the Company Party Committee Executive Board, the Board of Directors, the Executive Management, and a total of 535 employees and workers together with their families.
The theme of this year’s trip, “Uniting Strength – Growing Together,” was more than just a slogan; it conveyed a meaningful message from the Company’s leadership to all employees. The trip offered each participant the chance to admire the beauty of Cam Ranh’s sea and sky, reflect on the journey so far, and foster pride and a sense of unity, all while looking forward to a sustainable future.
Over the course of three days and two nights, the group visited Vinpearl on the first day, took part in an energetic team-building program on the morning of the second day, and attended a Gala Dinner that evening. The Gala Dinner created a lively and warm atmosphere, featuring special musical performances by professional performers and a spectacular sound and lighting show, custom-designed for The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.
At the Gala Dinner, Mr. Do Van Tuan – Party Secretary and General Director of the Company – emphasized: “The achievements in the first seven months of 2025 were made possible thanks to the close guidance and support of the Vietnam National Chemical Group leadership, the Company’s Party Committee and Board of Directors, as well as the unity, responsibility, and tireless efforts of the Executive Board and all employees and workers. Organizing trips for our employees to rest and recharge is a long-standing tradition of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, built and maintained by successive generations of leadership. It reflects our commitment to always ‘focus on our people, for the benefit of our people’ and to fostering a Southern Fertilizer team that is ‘united and growing’ – as expressed in this year’s travel theme: ‘Uniting Strength – Advancing Together.’ I am confident that after this trip, each of us will return to work energized, with a deeper understanding and stronger bonds. Together, we will unite our strength, work in solidarity, and move forward with determination to make Southern Fertilizer increasingly sustainable, contributing actively to the development of the Vietnam National Chemical Group and the national fertilizer industry.”
The annual travel program not only provides memorable experiences but also helps foster a friendly working environment and boost morale.
