Implementing Plan No. 53/KH-CĐPB dated September 26, 2025 of the Trade Union of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company on organizing the Company Trade Union Delegate Congress towards the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union Congress, Vietnam Industry and Trade Union Congress for the 2025–2030 term, and the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the 2026–2031 term, from October 14 to October 18, 2025, the Office Trade Union of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company and the Trade Unions of affiliated units including: Long Thanh Super Phosphate Plant, Packaging Production Plant, Cuu Long Fertilizer Plant, and Hiep Phuoc Fertilizer Plant — simultaneously held their Trade Union Congresses for the 2025–2030 term.
The Congresses were organized to review and evaluate Trade Union activities during the 2023–2028 term (period 2023–2025), draw lessons learned, and define orientations and tasks for the 2025–2030 term. This was also an opportunity for union members and workers to share their thoughts, aspirations, and contribute ideas to build a stronger Trade Union organization, heading toward the 15th Company Trade Union Delegate Congress of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, expected to take place in November 2025.
The Congresses at the Company Office and affiliated units were conducted seriously, democratically, and in accordance with regulations; electing a new Executive Committee consisting of competent, reputable, and dedicated members who represent the voice of the workforce. The Congress focused on improving welfare, ensuring legitimate rights and benefits, enhancing the working environment, strengthening solidarity, and improving the effectiveness of emulation movements at each unit.
The results of these Congresses are an important preparation step, laying the foundation for the successful organization of the 15th Company Trade Union Delegate Congress of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company for the 2025–2030 term.
All officials, union members, and workers across the Company are looking forward to the Congress with confidence, solidarity, and determination to build a stronger Trade Union organization that accompanies the sustainable development of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.
