On September 12, 2025, the Youth Union of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company solemnly held the 10th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union – Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, Term 2025–2030, with the participation of 65 delegates representing the will, aspirations, unity, and intellect of 92 youth union members across the Company. This is an important political event, a major festival of the Company’s youth, marking the growth and affirming the pioneering and creative role of the Youth Union in business operations, contributing to the Company’s sustainable development.
Attending and directing the Congress, from the Youth Union of Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM) was Ms. Đoàn Nguyễn Phương Mai – Member of the Standing Committee of the VINACHEM Youth Union, Secretary of the Youth Union of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company. From Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, there were Mr. Đỗ Văn Tuấn – Party Committee Secretary, General Director of the Company; Mr. Trịnh Quốc Hùng – Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Commission, Deputy General Director of the Company; together with members of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy General Directors, Chief of the Supervisory Board, Chief Accountant, Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union, Cell Secretaries, Directors of affiliated units, and Directors/Deputy Directors in charge of the Company’s functional departments.
During the previous term, under the close leadership of the Party Committee, Company Management and Standing Committee of the VINACHEM Youth Union, the Youth Union of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully accomplishing the objectives and tasks set out in the Congress Resolution. The Youth Union always places strong focus on educating revolutionary ideals, morality, lifestyle, and cultural values for the young generation. Activities such as “Gratitude to heroes,” “Remembering the roots,” and charitable programs are actively implemented by the grassroots units.
In the 2025–2030 term, the Company’s Youth Union will focus on key missions and breakthroughs for building a strong organization, enhancing education on revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle, and culture; encouraging youth to nurture their dreams and ambitions, and promoting their pioneering, voluntary, and creative spirit.
With the action slogan: “Southern Fertilizer Youth: Pioneer – United – Disciplined – Innovative – Developed,” the Company’s youth aims to fulfill and surpass the core targets and solutions set for the 2025–2030 term.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Đỗ Văn Tuấn – Party Committee Secretary, General Director of the Company and Ms. Đoàn Nguyễn Phương Mai – Member of the Standing Committee of the VINACHEM Youth Union highly appreciated and acknowledged the achievements of the Company’s Youth Union during the 2022–2027 term. They also emphasized that in the upcoming term, the Youth Union should focus on improving the effectiveness of youth movements and activities, building practical action programs that meet the legitimate needs and aspirations of youth union members.
At the Congress, delegates discussed and contributed their opinions on the performance of Youth Union tasks and movements, while proposing solutions to strengthen political and ideological education, traditional education, ethics, and law compliance among young members to successfully achieve the targets set for the 2025–2030 term.
The 10th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union – Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, Term 2025–2030, concluded successfully. The Congress elected 07 comrades to the new Executive Committee and elected the delegation to attend the 5th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union – VINACHEM, Term 2025–2030.
Mr. Nguyễn Văn Chiến was re-elected as Secretary of the Company’s Youth Union, Term 2025–2030, and Mr. Trần Đăng Khoa was elected Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Term 2025–2030.
The Congress adopted the Draft Resolution and closed in a joyful atmosphere, promising a new term full of success and development.
