In accordance with Official Letter No. 85/CV-CĐHC dated 24 July 2025 from the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union on the implementation of the “Trade Union Meal” program in 2025, on the afternoon of 03 September 2025, at the Company Headquarters and affiliated factories, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company organized the “Trade Union Meal” program for all trade union members and employees.
This year’s “Trade Union Meal” program was not only an opportunity for trade union members and employees to enjoy nutritious and delicious meals, but also a chance to strengthen connection between the workforce, the Trade Union organization, and the Company’s Leadership. The event reflected the Company’s deep care for employees’ well-being while improving the quality of meals at the Head Office and Production Units.
Speaking at the event, the Trade Union Chairpersons at each unit expressed their appreciation to the Party Committee, Company Leadership, and the Company Trade Union for their continuous support and favorable conditions for employees. They also emphasized the significance of maintaining meaningful and cohesive activities like the “Trade Union Meal,” helping to build a united, understanding, and positive working environment throughout the Company.
The “Trade Union Meal” program in September 2025 left a warm impression on all employees of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company. These meaningful meals were not just shared moments of joy, but also an opportunity to reinforce solidarity and collective effort toward the Company’s sustainable development.
